Leslie Butterfield, Board Member

Leslie comes from an engineering and project management background and also has substantial experience in corporate advisory, business finance and technology. She is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Board Member. She has held senior executive positions including Senior VP and Managing Director Australian Operations for Hill International, and CEO of project management and management consulting firm McLachlan Lister.

Leslie has also won numerous industry awards including Telstra NSW Businesswoman of the Year. She was the inaugural NSW President and National VP for the National Association of Women in Construction, has been inducted into the Inaugural Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame, and was one of three industry reps appointed by government ministers to review and advise on the strategy and direction of the National Building Codes Board.
