Elliot is a Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive expertise in design, inspection, maintenance, and remediation of bridges. He has been involved in the inspection and load rating assessments of over 250 bridges including historic wrought iron railway trusses, riveted plate girder bridges, brick arch viaducts, timber bridges, steel beam and prestressed concrete bridges.
Elliot is adept with a range of analysis and structural design software including SpaceGass and Strand7.
